1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
1-2 T honey
1 T Red wine vinegar
1 1/2 lbs. Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 cup honey roasted cashews, chopped
1/4 c. diced red onion
4 tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Mix mayo, mustard and vinegar. Set aside. Combine chicken, celery, and onions. Stir in mustard mixture until coated. Spread on tortilla and top with cheese and cashews. Roll up and slice. Serve well chilled.
